For Scheduled Tours or Workshops, please fill out and submit our Registration Form found at the bottom of our Contact page. For those joining private customized group tours, each participant is required to submit a Registration Form. One Day Tours, please contact us as early as possible so we can work with you to plan the day. Payment must be made by PayPal, credit card, or bank e-transfer upon confirmation of registration. Consecutive Day Tours. We will create an itinerary to suit you. Full payment is due upon confirmation of your registration. PayPal, credit card, or bank e-transfer is accepted. If you need to cancel One Day Tours or Consecutive Day Tours, no refunds will be given. We will be happy to reschedule another time for you or you can send someone in your place. One Week Tours For our seven day Scheduled Tours, Workshops, or Custom Private Tours, submit a Registration Form for each person. Once we confirm by email that your chosen tour has enough participants, a 30% deposit in Euros is required and can be paid by PayPal, (including Credit Card.) We recommend that you book your travel arrangements only after you have received confirmation from us. For One Week Tours and Workshops or Private Custom Tours, the balance must be paid 90 days prior to the tour. Please contact us if you have any questions about registering yourself or your group. Email pictours@pictoursportugal.com Cancellation Policy In the event you need to cancel 90 days prior to your One Week Tour or Workshop, you will be refunded your deposit, less PayPal charges we incur and an administration fee of 250 Euros. After 90 days prior to the tour we offer a 25% refund of the total amount paid less incurred PayPal fees or Bank charges. We highly recommend that each participant has a trip cancellation insurance policy and emergency medical insurance coverage. No refunds will be given if you leave the tour once it has started. If, for any reason, the tour is cancelled by Pictours Portugal you will be given a full refund for the amount you paid for your tour. (No refunds will be given for other expenses you may have incurred such as airfare and transportation, visa applications, gear purchases, etc.) |
Insurance, Waiver, and Passports
Each participant will be required to have trip cancellation and travel medical health insurance for tours more than three days. Passports need to have an expiry date of no less than 6 months prior to the end of the tour for those coming from other countries. Participants in every tour will be asked to sign a Release and Indemnity Form with Pictours Portugal when the tour starts. Itinerary Changes The itinerary may be subject to change and replaced with similar experiences. Portugal is known for sunny skies and balmy breezes. In the event of heavy rain, some of our photographic instruction will be indoors or in covered areas of historical sites. No refunds will be given in the event of an itinerary change. Airfare and Airport Transfer Airfare and transportation expenses, other than those listed in your exclusive group itinerary will be the responsibility of each photographer. You are welcome to make your own room bookings and/or airport transfer directly with the hotel should you decide you want extra days and plan to arrive earlier or stay longer. Activity Level Our scheduled Photography Workshops and Tours do not require strenuous activity. However, you will be walking on uneven surfaces, cobbled streets, up stairs and small hills, as well as getting in and out of vehicles. You will need to be able to carry your own camera gear. If you have any health limitations, please discuss these with Pictours Portugal before registering. We will do our best to make this a wonderful photography holiday for all of the participants. |
